The Melone brothers have created a whisky that is a celebration of tradition and craftsmanship using techniques passed down from their grandfather. Made from 100% Australian malted barley and carefully aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and maple barrels, this spirit offers a rich, complex character. The ex-bourbon barrels lend subtle layers of vanilla, caramel, and citrus, while the maple barrels add a delicate touch of sweetness, creating a smooth and balanced finish.
