This is an elegant yet robust gin with an emphasis of citrus towards the end of the palate. The spirit is produced from grapes, creating a subtle natural sweetness providing balance to a juniper heavy gin. No sugar or additives are used in the production process. We use organic botanical which helps extract more flavour. The use of cassia bark produces initial notes of cinnamon. We also use cubeb berries which creates a subtle spice.  Garnish with rosemary and a small wedge of lemon or lime. Enjoy this creation boasting flavours of the coastal area with friends and family.
